How to File a Return/Exhange
To proceed with a return or exchange, below are the instructions that you may follow within 14 days of delivery.
Items will be accepted when they are packed in their original packaging. The condition of the product must not be compromised. In case, customer receives damaged product, it is recommended to inform customer service

In case of exchange customer will be required to send the package to our US location
In case of return we will provide a return address to the customer.
Return/Exchanges will be processed afte receiving the package in good condition
Regular products are eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. Custom orders will only be facilitated with free alteration service for one time.
Once the service providers receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email that your return/exchange has been accepted.
